Web design studio "Glyanec.Net" has been professionally creating and supporting websites for several years as well as promoting them on the web.

With the rapid development of Internet technologies demand on websites creation increased; there appear over 20 thousands of sites every year in Ukraine. Most companies want to have an internet resource that will satisfy their needs and will help to provide their services to a larger number of consumers.

2006 can be considered beginning of "Glyanec.NET" history, when Anatoly Valeryevich Zaika, web studio director, started the development of a literary portal "Litclub", which was later renamed as "TopAvtor". On this stage the company was called «Anatoly Zaika Web Studio». He managed to embody his idea in the concept of the portal, as well as to implement its graphical and technical sides. Besides, Anatoly Valeryevich was successfully engaged in the mass culture activities connected with the promotion not only of the web resource, but of the whole literary community too. Themed evenings, competitions, performances, literature congresses were organized, where writers from different cities and even countries took part. Work on the improvement of the project and its promotion in and outside the Web lasted more than a year.

The main direction of future work was the implementation of the second, an absolutely new concept of the literary portal. On this stage designer, HTML/CSS coder and programmer joined the process of work. From this moment active recruitment of new personnel began. The company was legally established, the work in a rented room of a large office building in Vinnitsa was in full swing, hiring took place under employment contracts.

Several months of hard work brought results in the form of an updated literary portal and an own project for printing photos via the Internet. Also on this stage portal of Zhashkov city, SigmaGroup site and official site of Kazatin were developed. Numerous websites, business cards and various e-commerce shops were created. Three months later one more room in the office building was rented, new employees joined the company.

At the end of 2009 two rooms were not enough for us, that’s why "Glyanec.NET" moved to a more spacious and comfortable office. In the next half of a year studio managed to become two times bigger, number of clients has grown significantly. We became recognisable and gained clients’ trust; portfolio became full of new projects, among them were social networks, e-shops, promo sites for big corporative clients from different parts of world. We developed unconventional multifunctional services. New managers, designers, HTML/CSS coders, programmers, testers and copywriters have made their contribution to the company’s growth.

Process of company’s development has been full of different events, but what always stays the same is a creative atmosphere in the team, which gives everyone an opportunity to feel here at home. Solidarity, serious attitude to work and desire to expand professional horizons helps "Glyanec.NET" company to move ahead and develop rapidly in spite of everything.

The middle of 2010 was marked by moving into a new office with an area of 150 square meters, where separate departments were created (groups of developers with an individual manager). We have had more "solid" clients; projects have become more complicated and interesting. The company developed more than 10 business card sites, several complex projects, e-shops and social networks per month.

Many people worked for "Glyanec.NET" company and each of them made his contribution to the development of general business and helped to form a really close-knit team. Our employees constantly learn something new from older and more experienced workers. Specialized literature and opportunity to attend special seminars and conferences is at their disposal.

Elena Valentinovna has worked for the company since its formation and during the whole period of its existence occupying the post of a financial director. Now she as well fulfills the duties of a manager. She’s made a great contribution to the development and establishment of the enterprise.

Bogdan Anatolyevich started working for the company in 2009. Before he was a server administrator at "BestHosting", was fond of programming. First he worked for "Glyanec.NET" in his free time, but soon he got a proposition to have a full-time job in the company. He accepted it as was happy for the opportunity to devote himself to a favourite business. The first project he worked on was "TopAvtor", our studio own project.

Denis Sergeevich joined the ranks of the company in 2009. Denis saw an advertisement that a web-designer was needed and was glad for the opportunity to turn his hobby into a career. Some time later he was invited to the web studio where he finished designing the project Anwalt.com.ua in one night.

One of "Glyanec.NET" company’s achievements is MoneyProject.Biz. This is a really innovative development, which was used in practice in our studio. Any company that specializes in website development may use it free of charge to make the project and accountant management more convenient and to keep in touch with clients using the tickets system in the same time.

One more project, which we plan to develop in the nearest future, is HRHome. This is an employment agency where all the necessary information for all employers and employees in the sphere of web development will be kept.

2011 was marked by the change of company’s working scheme. All workers were united in teams with a separate manager and a project to work on. "Glyanec.Net" moves to a new level of cooperation with clients using competent legal assistance, so work takes place entirely on the contract and online contract basis. This makes the cooperation of the parties more effective. The first quarter of this year was marked by a record number of orders that encouraged us to use outsourcing, the involvement of employees from other countries in working on projects, the study of languages ​​and international labor law. In the second quarter of 2011 the company changed its customer selection policy. We gradually reduce the percentage of orders from individuals in favor of legal entities. This allows us to develop the sites of higher quality and to cooperate with wholesale customers.

"Glyanec.Net" has lots of plans for the future. The near-term one is to establish several affiliate branches in CIS countries and to have a semi-annual "vacation" for our own big project realization.
